Dr. Mitch has 38 years of experience in anti-aging and holistic and integrative medicine. Along with his work in nutritional medicine, “Dr. Mitch” has a remarkable amount of experience as an expert clinician and researcher in the field of stem cell transplantation.

In addition to being a physician, Dr. Mitch holds a Master’s Degree in Biomechanical Trauma and has a Ph.D. in nutrition and psychoneuroimmunology. He is an international lecturer on oral and IV nutrition and stem cell transplantation and is recognized as one of the premier teachers at conferences and seminars on integrative medicine.

Work against infections!

Possible Aid in helping with any infections

1. Wash your hands frequently throughout the day using soap for a minimum of 15 seconds using significant rub/friction between hands.
2. Spray 4 sprays of Argentyn 23 in each nostril; place your head back enough to allow the liquid to run from your nostrils to the back of your throat, then swallow this liquid in your throat. Do this twice a day!
3. Maintain Vitamin D levels between 80-120ng/dl. The usual dose is 15,000 IU by mouth daily. Check your baseline levels through a simple blood test.
4. Supplements:
a) Heart Health: 1 capsule twice a day (for Vitamin K2 content)
b) Thyroid Support: 1 capsule daily (iodine, zinc, selenium)
c) Vitality C/Vitamin C: 3000 mg-4000 mg daily
d) IP6: 2 capsules twice daily
e) Beta 1,3,6 Glucan: 2 capsules twice daily
5. Lifestyle:
a) Minimize sugar intake
b) Increase intake of fruits
c) Increase intake of vegetables
